This unique Back 2 Balance experience will allow us to drop in even deeper through being completely immersed in natures beauty. We will be facilitating a holistic approach on how to live a thriving life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. A multitude of facilitators will be offering yoga, dance, meditation, Conscious Breathwork ceremonies, Cacao ceremony, music therapy, hiking, and deep connection around the bonfire. Learn basic rafting/kayaking skills and the knowledge you would need to organize your own river trip. No experience required, water levels are class I-II.
